Linro & Associates was established as a result of a career spanning more than 40 years during which extensive practical business knowledge has been acquired.

 

While this knowledge was not gained through any particular academic endeavours, it is very relevant that it was gained from experience at all levels of business from that of a Diesel Mechanic, to Technical correspondent, customer relations manager, salesman, sales manager, new business development and business management, Dealer Principal, Change management consultant, trainer and business coach.

 

Through all this, the most important elements in terms of progression, growth and success has been a dedication to and passion for outstanding customer service.Predominantly, the experience has been gained in the motor industry and because the utomotive business covers such broad and varied elements of business, the skills learned can be translated and applied to almost any type of business.

 

Just because all that has been learned over the last 40 years, it does not mean that the same thing has been done 40 times over. On the contrary, it is important to understand that all the experience has been stored and converted for purposes that are relevant to business in the 21st century.
